Flexible offices really came into vogue during the pandemic – at least those that have managed to survive all the lockdowns. But will the greatest advantage of this product – short-term leases – actually turn into its biggest curse? Will the next giants to enter this market be able to grab their own slice of the cake before it turns out that flex space is not a universal solution?
