The coronavirus has changed the rules of the game of the office leasing market. How are coworkers and flexes coping with the new situation? This will be discussed by panellists at the 12th Eurobuild Conference ‘The Polish Office Market. Trends and Outlook’, which takes place this Thursday!
Flexible offices really came into vogue during the pandemic – at least those that have managed to survive all the lockdowns. But will the greatest advantage of this product – short-term leases – actually turn into its biggest curse? Will the next giants to enter this market be able to grab their own slice of the cake before it turns out that flex space is not a universal solution?
All of this and more will be discussed by the experts on the panel moderated by Konrad Szaruga, the head of the flexible workplace department at CBRE, whose interlocutors will be: Magdalena Kowalewska, the Poland country manager of operations and board member of Immofinanz in Poland, Jerzy Węglarz, a board member of Własne B., Robert Chmielewski, the co-founder and CEO of ShareSpace, Lisa Zettlin, the managing director of City Space and Yotam Alroy, Co-Founder & Chief of Business Development, Mindspace.
You will be able to exchange views with these flexible office experts on Thursday, June 17th at. 12:20 pm, after prior registration.
