Eurobuild’s 12th Office Conference ‘Trends and Forecasts. The Polish Office Market’ is fast approaching! This Thursday at 9:30 am, it will open with a panel devoted to the office development market and the revolution triggered by the pandemic.
Among the topics our guests will examine are whether the huge shift towards remote working will become a permanent feature of the market, how it will affect the demand for offices and the organisation of office work, whether the recent turbulence was felt most in the capital cities or the regional cities, and what influence the expected supply gap is likely to have on relations between tenants and landlords. They will also be taking a look at Covid ‘green certificates’ for buildings and how they could have a lasting impact on existing certification systems.
The discussion will be chaired by Tomasz Czuba, the director of the office agency and tenant representation department at JLL, while the other panellists will be: Maciej Kotarski, the leasing director at Olivia Business Center, Sebastian Świstak, the commercialisation director of Cavatina Holding, Edyta Wiwatowska, the board president of the Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency, and Marta Zawadzka, the commercial leasing director of Yareal.
Anyone with an active interest in the Polish office market cannot afford to miss this event – so make sure you register for the conference today!
