Regions catching up with the capital

26 September 2018

While the Warsaw office market itself continues to grow, it is the regional cities that are exhibiting the most dynamic levels of new supply while maintaining a moderate level of vacant space and strong interest from investors.

Experts on the topic – including the head of GTC’s office rental department, Grzegorz Boczek, the director of transactions in the Central and Eastern Europe region at Skanska CDE, Adrian Karczewicz, Vastint’s leasing manager, Marek Ulanecki, member of the board at ECHO Investment, Rafał Mazurczak and the head of international transactions at Warburg-HIH Real Estate, Matthias Brodesser – will debate whether this trend is set to continue. The discussion will be moderated by Mikołaj Sznajder, the director and the head of the office market consulting and transactions department at CBRE.

The 9th Conference Office Market for Poland – Trends and Forecasts, a discussion: Regions chase the centre and investors look at rates (9:30 am on October 16th 2018, at the Warsaw Marriott hotel).
